A term in the pattern with no clear equivalent in the glossary, or whose chosen translation wasn't carried through consistently in the draft.
Stated stitch or row counts that contradict each other, are invalid, or are only given for some sizes.
In crochet, “double crochet” doesn't mean the same stitch in American and British English. The tool flags it if the pattern doesn't specify which.
What it does not check: stitch-by-stitch cross-referencing between rows, errors of meaning in the French wording, or the design. That's what Tier 2 is for.
